I think I know the answer but I have to ask anyway. We are writing an app that needs to be able to detect when an email is started, saved, sent or deleted in a separate app. I also need to know the email address of the intended recipient. Ideally we'd like to track this for all email clients, but just the gmail client is sufficient.
