I'm only differentiating (trying to anyway) based on screen sizes, so target SDK shouldn't matter, at least according to this: http://developer.android.com/guide/market/publishing/multiple-apks.html But at any rate, here is what I have: <uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="2" targetSdkVersion="10"/>
