One of my apps was suspended (I suspect I know why). The email that I received from Google stated:
"please feel free to make any necessary revisions and upload a new version of the application " but in the developer section of the market (i.e. https://market.android.com/publish/Home), I can't either upload a new version of the app OR edit it's description.
