I have a system with ICS 4.0.3 running and it was working with my custom USB hardware for a couple of weeks. For the past week, however, I am no longer getting the messages when the USB device is plugged in. I have not changed my intent (for ATTACHED) and the same hardware and software works on another phone.
Any ideas what could cause this to stop working? I'm just learning about the USB host functionality and am stumped by this (and the lack of any clear documentation past the class reference on the web).
