I have never got a suspension, but on this page they have an example of a message that would seem more likely to be legit, though I don't know anything about the merits of the issue on this page, just looking at the suspension email:
http://omgdroid.com/well-known-app-dev-team-better-android-apps-suspended-from-android-market-no-reason-was-given/ If you were to be suspended I doubt they will give you two days, as that means someone has to do something two days from now (too much work), so if you aren't suspended now I would guess it is a fake.
