1.I am newly developer to write android. I would like to getPsc and Signal Strength in "GsmCellLocation" from Samsung phone, however, it always return -1 and 85 (after cal, (-113 + 2 * asu)) respectively, could anyone help me how to get the right psc and signal strength?
2.I have do some research, is that right use of RIL or MMIcode .class to fetch the data.
