I was saying that you were given a recommendation by someone to look into PhoneGap, so go look into it and decide if it will be a good fit for you. No one else knows what skills you have and what strengths/weaknesses/experience you have when it comes to programming so you will have to be the one to make the decision.
So, follow the link that you were given for PhoneGap and go read up on it and use your brain to determine if it works for you. Those of us on this list can't make that decision for you.
