Does the site you browse have a lot of JavaScript and other intensive things? How many windows do you have open? It could be that you're just using up all the memory of your phone since the browser does tend to be a memory hog. Try turning off JavaScript and images as a test and see if you can reproduce the error. Also, do you have any services running in the background as you are browsing?
