Few months ago, I had my account banned for an unfounded security reason.
People could see my app in the Market, but could not buy it nor could I
get paid. I was out of an income. My app is in the top 10 of its
category, so it should be somewhat important to Google.

I've tried every single back channel, from the Android Market Developer
Advocate I met, to Google+ groups, even the HR person I liasoned at Google
about a job. Nobody helped and I could not talk to a single person at
Google.

So no, if you are not Roxio, you have no chance of getting in touch with
anybody at Google.

My account was reinstated 2 days later, after going to Canned Response
hell, but by that time I had lost a significant amount of income (and
goodwill, I presume).
