I see the permission "CLEAR_APP_CACHE" but I can not find how we can use this permission. In looking at the packageInstaller code, it uses "freeApplicationCache()" from PackManager, which doesn't seem to be available in the public SDK. Does the current SDK support using "CLEAR_APP_CACHE" permission? Is the PackInstaller using some hidden sdk calls that aren't available for general usage?
