Hello! I wanted to create a Text-To-Speech engine that applications can then use to synthesize a text. I was able to find examples on how to USE one, but not have to CREATE one by myself. I have already made one for another platform (Windows), but I have no idea yet where to start for Android. In other words: I just don't find a documentation for speech engine vendors.
