The only IPC mechanism you really listed is Binder.  Messenger and
broadcasts are higher-level concept built on top of internal Binder
interfaces.  So those two will always be less efficient than a direct
binder interface, but that is irrelevant because the reason you would use
them is for the different semantics or conveniences they provide.
