We are developing an applictation with HTML5 and JavaScript. On Android 2.x devices there doesn't seem to be any problem. Everything works as expected. But on Android 3.x and 4.x tablets we cannot make it running. Basically we just have an HTML page which includes round about 25 JavaScript files. In the Android WebView I've overriden onPageStarted and onPageFinished. But onPageFinished never gets called and as a result the Webview stays blank. Did google introduce any "limits" of memory for webview or sth like this? I really need some hint or advice because we are stuck on this since weeks.
