I found that OpenStreetMap has a tight restriction on using its tile servers based on: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tile_usage_policy#Requirements
And I am interested to use third party library to implement OSM in my app, for example, OSMdroid and Routeme. However, I am curious, does third party library like I have mentioned, use OSM tile servers?
