Developer forums are for getting help with code that you have ALREADY written. It's generally frowned upon to ask the forum to write the code for you.
What you want to do doesn't sound trivial, but i would guess you'll need to compare each bit of each bitmap and come up with some kind of threshold for determining how close two colors are to each other.
