I've replied directly to the email, as well as requested support from the link you provided. I got another automated email from the same email address from filling out the support request.
For now I'd like to keep the name of the app private as I would rather work with Google to remedy this issue rather than posting all the details in a public forum where a blog/news site can make a story out of it.
