Depending on what your app is and who you made it for - you can distribute it using mail and/or direct download. This will need special configuration on the devices to allow running your app.
If you wish to distribute your app to a few (more local) devices you could simply connect the devices to the computer and start running the app directly on the devices (like when debugging on a real device).
