Hi, Reading the "Getting started<http://developer.android.com/guide/google/gcm/gs.html>" in the cloud messaging documentation, the project ID supposed to be taken from the URL of the API console. It seems that calling this the project ID is wrong, since this is "only" the project number. The project ID, as described here<https://developers.google.com/console/help/#projectnumber>, is optional and can be set by the developer for his needs.
This mistake in the documentation made us a headache since at least one of them - ID or number - should be used to identify the sender in GCM. Please clarify the documentation...
