Hi, as i plan to develop apps for the german market i have a problem. German words are often really long and presenting them on different displays urgently needs hyphenation. In HTML no problem with ­ oder Unicode #00ad. But Androd displays the soft hyphen character if i insert it into my strings.
As a system supporting nearly every language i cannot believe that there is no way to tell the system where words should by hyphenated. But i am unable to find any info in the web. Any hints?
