Hi, I've searched for "IS_RESTRICTED" field or "restriction" feature in Android Open Source Project git repo, but i couldn't.
I found the commit "ed6bfd922fd84db21de08c1d12e93c501b86560d" - Remove restricted white-listing I want to know why this feature removed from source. (What's happing??)
