I am wondering this as well. Obviously, Google will need to provide the developer / seller of the app with some kind of unique identifier for licensing purposes. Otherwise, licensing will be impossible.
I just hope that information on this process will become available well before the paid market goes live, as well as the ability to do a "Test" transaction. This is imperative for a smooth product release. Can anyone from Google help to shed some light on this?
