Not sure why my posts are not saving, but I have an app that is hitting the same problem with 4.0.4 for one of my users. The app launches, the splash screen shows, then the program crashes and locks up the device. No user errors or stack trace is loaded to my developer console.
I have no way to test this, as the emulator and my eclipse sdk only have 4.0.3 installed, and I cannot seem to find anything specific to 4.0.4.
