In the Preferences window (Window -> Preferences), check the "Available Software Sites" under the Install/Update section. Make sure that "http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno"; is listed as an available site. If it isn't add it, then try the install again. Eclipse will then be able to install the required stuff.
