You can find one in a platform file, and with the package manager.

However, the reason it's not documented is because you *shouldn't* be using it.

It's not like they forgot to document it because they wanted to be
mean to developers, this intent is subject to change, and considered
inappropriate for use by developers, which is why it's undocumented.
