It has come to my attention that an app that I have been developing for
does not show up on the Nexus 7 that I had received last night when
searching for it on Google Play. It loaded on my device this morning when
launching it from the Eclipse IDE. So then it came through my thought
process that perhaps there was a permissions preventing it.

Since the device does not have haptic feedback, and one of my permission
for vibration did not have the android:required=false flag set, I was
wondering if this could be the cause. The true question here however
though is, "how would the developer here know whether or not this change
will resolve the issue, without submitting a new version on the Google Play
store and searching for it once more?" It seems to me that launching it
from the IDE doesn't enforce the concept, since as I recall it will launch
on the device regardess unless there is an OS conflict. I don't want to
post updates to the users multiple times if I have not resolved the problem
just to see if its what was causing the issue.
