I cannot get this workaround to work.  If I tell it to use the m.google.com 
server I get the error:

You typed an incorrect server address or the server requires a protocol 
version that Email doesn't support.

Any suggestions?  I really need to test the calendar provider and the 
emulator won't let me add even one event.
