Your targetSdkVersion indicates that you want Theme.Holo as your
default theme. The SeekBar changed its appearance in Theme.Holo (which
debuted with API Level 11). Hence, if you had a targetSdkVersion lower
than 11 -- or none at all -- that would explain your change.
