It's been 3 days since Google Play suspended our "Pinterfetch" app which is
an application who mainly displays images from Pinterest.
You can see the description of the app here:
http://kiwedevelopment.eu/projects.php?projectreader=16

*REASON FOR REMOVAL*: Violation of the intellectual
property<http://www.android.com/us/developer-content-policy.html#IP>and
impersonation
or deceptive
behavior<http://www.android.com/us/developer-content-policy.html#impersonation>provisions
 of the Content Policy.

Well all the icons of the app are ours, we paid a designer for them. The
description isn't deceptive at all. It's 100% representative of the apps
features, although some users didn't even bother to read it and leave
negative comments .

There hundreds of application which load and display images from several
social networks and i found with a single search more than 3 similar apps
like our app "Pinterfetch"
Some similar apps are :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.solomob.android.pinhog3&feature=search_result

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.spinpicks.mobile.free&feature=search_result

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uxplus.PinterestGallery&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS51eHBsdXMuUGludGVyZXN0R2FsbGVyeSJd

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.phonegap.imageshareapp&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5waG9uZWdhcC5pbWFnZXNoYXJlYXBwIl0.

The app was having more than 3000 downloads per day and suddenly Google
 suspended it.

Do you have any clue what's the violation here? I have online "Pinterfetch"
in SlideMe.org which first checks the app, and then it publish is. And yes
SlideMe had rejected one of my apps in the past, so i revised it ,update it
and re-upload it.And of course i didn't pay 30 $ to make an account.

That's called professionalism Google...I am a customer. I paid for some
services and i want at least some replies to my questions. I am losing
money and time for this situation in which i believe that i have not done
anything wrong.

If i've done, at least explain to me which part of my app violates your
rules and why so many similar apps like ours are still published.

With regards,
Kiwe Development.
