I'll go farther: are you writing a web browser? If no, just ignore it. :) (Actually we can go a little more broadly and say it may be of interest if you are writing an app that downloads arbitrary content from untrusted sources which requires very complicated code to parse and render, complicated enough that it is basically impossible to guarantee you don't have security holes, so it would be useful to have another layer of protection between your app and that content.)
