Hi! I am not a developer. I am an end-user.
I hope this post is not in the wrong place. If so, forgive me.

I am a norwegian. And I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 with ICS.
I think that the VoiceTalk (tapping the home button twice) is awesome.
But Norway is a very small country (4 million people) so I fear that the
VoiceTalk in Android will never be translated to norwegian.

But IF it were possible, I would give A LOT of my spare time if I in some
way could help bringing VoiceTalk in norwegian to a reality.
I do not want money, I do not want fame. I just want VoiceTalk in norwegian.

Is there some way I can help making VoiceTalk in norwegian a reality?
Help me help Android! :)
I am a nerd and I am willing to work to make this come through!
