Well, for now I surrounded pager.setAdapter(adapter);
with a try - catch. Happens mostly when the screen is not visible anymore, so it's not critical. But it still would be good to understand it and be able to fix correctly. I was reading the source and as far as I remember, it was related with saving the fragment's state appropiatedly, the active fragment list and the fragment manager... but it's quite dense and there should be better documentation on this...
