I can run emulators from Eclipse but I cannot push to my phone nor does the
adb command line show my phone as attached.

System:
======

   - MacBook Pro
   - OS X 10.8
   - Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers: Version: Juno Release Build
   id: 20120614-1722
   - Installed Android Dev Toolkit from Eclipse Market
   - Android Dev Toolkit:  20.0.2.v201207191942-407447
   - *I do not have Easy Tether in */System/Library/Extensions

Phone:
=====

   - Casio G'zOne
   - Model C771
   - Android  2.3.3
   - Kernel 2.6.35.7-perf
   - Build C771M120
   - Hardware 1.1

I have put the phone in Debug Mode on the Development settings:

   - Debug ON
   - Stay Awake ON
   - Allow mock locations ON

I have tried all three USB modes with no change in behavior for ADB:

   - Mass Storage
   - Media Synch
   - Charge Only

I have tried switching back and forth on USB ports, turning phone off and
on while on USB, going into Airplane Mode, googling for this phone on this
OS. I have yet to find anything that explains how to fix this:

> *platform-tools/adb devices
> *
>
> ** daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
> * daemon started successfully *
> List of devices a*ttached
>
Does anyone have some advice regarding debugging this issue or better yet
fixing it?

Thanks!
