Where are you installing the app? are you doing it on the emulator or a real device? If it is a real device you can do that with out creating an unsigned package directly through eclipse. Otherwise you will need to sign it to install on the device as a proper app.
And the image you have included seem to have lot of Java errors. It is not clear from the image what they are.
