I had developed an application which shows tower location name (Channel 50) using Cell Broadcasting. Application is running well in my galaxy ace (gingerbread 2.3.6). I can't find any method to enable/disable Cell Broadcasting. So i enabled using galaxy ace's message setting. When a tower location name is received, it displays both in my app and message inbox notification area of galaxy ace. It becomes annoying. Is any provision to received Cell broadcast message only to my app.
