I was able to installed my apk fle on the API 15 emulator by using *adb -e wait-for-device install -l -r Project10-debug.apk*. Now I have updated android tools to *API 16* and I'm not able to use that command anymore. I get the error Failure [*INSTALL_FAILED_CONTAINER_ERROR*] I managed to install the app by removing the -l option from my command.
