Hi all, I develop a widget that works fine on Android 2.1/2.3.X (real devices) and it works on the Android 3 emulator too . Users have told me that it doesn't work on Android 4. I don't have any ICS device so I've tested it on the emulator.
The widget is installed right (or it seems to do it), because it's in the setup application's manager apps list. But it doesn't appear in the Widget list, so it's impossible to try to install it on the desktop as a widget. Has something changed on widgets in this version of Android?, I've been reading the App Widgets Guide from Google but it seems everything should works without problems. Any idea?
