Okay I'm not even sure if I'm asking on the right forum, but I am a complete newbie when it comes to coding and developing. I was just wondering how hard would it be to make an app that can sync with the windows libraries "music, photos, videos ect" over wifi and or 3g, or the normal phone internet. Please let me know if an app all ready exist like this all the app I found it only syncs over wifi or the phone has to be plugged into the computer.
