As look as you are not collecting payments using Google's in-app payment systems, but using a separate mechanism, you should be fine. For example (not necessarily an acceptable solution for you), I believe you should be able to use Paypal to collect an in-app payment. In such cases, you should not have to list your content using google's in-app feature. Anyhow, as TreKing says, for definitive answer, you may like to seek legal opinion.
