Satish, if you want a response you're really going to have to provide much, much more information.
Is a stacktrace generated? What does it look like? It seems like this error might be coming from a service that you are calling from an Activity?? Are you calling the service synchronously? Is it from the UI thread? Does the service method take a long time to return? That would be the cause the WIN DEATH and the ANR.
