first of all thank you for replay, but my question is i want to get current location of my friend's mobile without notify him/her.
for example, i create one app, which accept *Cell ID & Mobile Number of my friend, *after accepting this value i am able to get the current location (accuracy is not needed, i just want area name/code) of my friend without notify him.
