I will guess you mean in Eclipse, albeit you don't say. You don't say what times it's blank. When there's an emulator up? When you're running a program? When you happen to know for sure that the window is connected to the logcat of the right device and you aren't filtering its output to hide all content and there actually is content in the logcat, and how do you know?
