Underscores illustrate word boundaries better than camel case, I feel. As for the indentation issue, it occurred from pasting rich text into Google Groups. I should have converted it to plain text first.
As for the floats, I think they should be doubles too. (Reto made them floats) As for the nanosecondsPerSecond misnomer, I agree.
