I am new to Android development. Today, I tried to set up things from scratch. I downloaded the SDK (android-sdk_r20.0.3-linux.tgz file) and extracted it in the "Downloads" directory. Then I set up the Eclipse and downloaded the ADT plugin. However, when I went for selecting the SDK location as stated in http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/installing-adt.html, I could see the file "android-sdk_r20.0.3-linux.tgz" when I selected the "Downloads" directory after clicking on "Browse". However, the filename appears to be greyed out and thus I am unable to select it as the SDK location.
Can someone please help as this is blocking my setup of ADT ?
