Are you sure this fixes the problem? because it didn't make any difference to me. I stil see a slight pause using ogg files. I had to use a little hack with the timer task and timers to make it work. Although this creates other bugs which happens when the phone is in lock/standby mode. Is there a specific ogg specification to prove your logic?
