If you're trying to do 10TVs 10ETs AND and ListView, you're doing it wrong (see https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/android-developers/t_iy0nnYGK8. TL;DR - You cant do a ScrollView with a ListView inside of it)
Since you're new to development i suggest you move the ListView to a different Activity and then you could surround the LinearLayout with a ScrollView that will make it scrollable. If you want to be more adventurous, see my suggestion in that other thread.
