I've tested many streams, but the following is the the most conservative one. Video frame is 176x144, 8 fps. Video bitrate is around 64kbps, audio bitrate is 80kbps. I think this happens only with H.264 video. (base profile) The video player I used to test were two. One is Meridian Video Player downloaded from android market and the other is my own developed one (they show me the same result). I used android sdk r2 with g1 phone rc30.
