I am a bit confused about all the different types of accounts that are needed for testing and then actually running in-app billing...
a) Publisher account b) Merchant account c) Sandbox merchant account d) Sandbox buyer account e) Primary account on testing phone As far as email addresses go, I am confused on the restrictions. I want to setup the simplest and most convenient possible setup here for testing. Can a==b? Can b==c? Can d==e?
