I think it's not a good idea to create sites as SO. It will be much better if a lot of information would be presented on 1 site (StackOverflow). I not appreciate this. Successful development requires reading the documentation which is written in English. In addition, SO has already collected enough developers who want to help others. And it's not a good idea to invite them to other websites (I tried to use similiar site on my native language but I found it unuseful).
