Nope, this is the place entitled people come to demand "urgent" help, free

But to answer your actual question, you should be able to set your Settings
Activity as the "launcher" activity for your app. Just set the
CATEGORY_LAUNCHER and ACTION_MAIN flags on it like it was the main activity
for any regular app.
