I am new to app development. I am preparing to publish an app that uses copyrighted and branded material (marked as such) for which I have permission. I understand that Google my automatically reject apps that have this material. Do I need to get a written letter of permission from the copyright holder to Google before the app can be approved and upload to Google Play?
